Ingredients:

1 tbs of rolled oats or oat bran
1 cup of mango, diced
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 cup of milk or plant based milk
2 tsp Flexibility
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
