Kiwi Kiss Smoothie

Serves 1 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of coconut milk
1 thumbnail size of fresh grated ginger (or to taste)
1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
1 tbs quinoa flakes or oat bran
Handful of baby spinach
1 tsp of Manuka honey (optional)
1 tsp of Purity and 1 tsp of Flexibility
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
