Strawberry Love Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup quartered strawberries
1 sliced banana
2 tbs raw almonds
1⁄4 cup rolled oats or oat bran
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (sugar free)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of Infinity and 1 tsp of Flexibility
If you prefer more sweetness add 1 tsp maple syrup
(optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
3/4 cup filtered water
Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
