Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple
1⁄4 lemon squeezed
1 piece fresh turmeric, peeled
1 tsp raw honey
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tsp Flexibility
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
