Chocolate berry pops

Perfect for those long summer days when you need something both cool and a little indulgent

Ingredients ( for 6)

Filling:
Infinity Wholefood Powder 1 tsp
Chopped ripe bananas 2 cup
Medjool dates (pitted) 4
Coconut milk ½ cup
Cacao powder 2 tbsp
Chocolate toppings
Dark chocolate 150 g

Toppings:
Chopped pistachios 2 tbsp
Coconut flakes 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp

Method

1 Blend together the bananas, coconut milk, Infinity Wholefood Powder, cacao and dates until smooth.

2 Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and allow to set in the freezer.

3 Break down dark chocolate into pieces, melting in a glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.

4 Remove a popsicle from its mould and coat in the liquid chocolate. Quickly sprinkle over your favourite toppings before the liquid chocolate sets, and devour or place on a lined baking sheet bank in the freezer until you’re ready to eat
