Salted Caramel Smoothie

Serves 1 


Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk (sugar-free)
2 dates
1⁄2 frozen banana
1 tbs of cashew nut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 tsp of manuka honey (optional)
2 tsp Flexibility
Pinch of sea salt
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Garnish with crushed roasted cashews and buckinis
