Hot Chocolate + Collagen Boost + Flexibilty Ingredients 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 2 tsp Vita-sol Flexibility Wholefood Powder 2 tsp of Vita-sol Collagen Boost 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) 250 ml milk of choice Grated dark chocolate Method Mix the cacao, Flexibility and Collagen Boost together, set aside Gently heat the milk and bring to the boil. Turn off heat. Stir through the vanilla extract and sweetener with a hand whisk until blended through. Add the cacao, Flexibility and collagen mix until smooth and frothy. Pour into a cup, top with grated dark chocolate and serve.
