- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp Vita-sol Flexibility Wholefood Powder
- 2 tsp of Vita-sol Collagen Boost
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 250 ml milk of choice
- Grated dark chocolate
- Mix the cacao, Flexibility and Collagen Boost together, set aside
- Gently heat the milk and bring to the boil.
- Turn off heat. Stir through the vanilla extract and sweetener with a hand whisk until blended through.
- Add the cacao, Flexibility and collagen mix until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a cup, top with grated dark chocolate and serve.
